Thirty Vanguard employees can now add an MBA degree from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business to their professional achievements. They were the first to complete a customized MBA program that began in 2014.

Vanguard partnered with Drexel to create a custom corporate MBA curriculum with highly relevant and experiential courses for Vanguard employees from departments across the company and office locations around the world. Leveraging the design and delivery experience of LeBow’s Corporate Relations and Executive Education, nearly every course in the part-time accelerated program was designed specifically to meet Vanguard’s needs.

Vanguard invests in and supports the program by sponsoring all of those who’ve enrolled. Classes in the hybrid programs are held at the College’s Malvern campus, located a mile from Vanguard’s headquarters.

A new cohort is admitted each fall term with students hailing from as far as Toronto, London and Zurich. Students who live and work at Vanguard outside the United States participate through video conferencing. A new element of the program to begin this spring adds an international residency in London. Students from the first cohort will be invited to participate alongside the current cadre of students who began their studies in 2015.
